This is a shot of my daughter Sam and her buddy Riley playing around and trying to keep warm at a Wildlife Refuge. Sam is my one and only and the love of my life. I wouldn't normally post a personal photo like this, but I wanted to try something new and find out what you think of it and it seemed to work pretty well on this type of shot. I've used a frosted glass effect from an add-on for Paint.net on everything except Sam and Riley. I kind of liked it because it looked more like a painting, although I couldn't seem to get it as perfect as I wanted it to be. We are all our own harshest critics, I suppose. Please feel free to let me know what you think of the effect and any advise is welcome. Thanks my friends!

Ha, isn't that funny...you turned your photo into a painting except for your daugher and her dog and I put my daughter into a painting and tried to make her part of the painting, lol...I think you did a good job, Tina, of achieving what you wanted, as the surrounding area does look like a painting...you have an attractive daughter by the way and the comeraderie between her and her pet comes through...good job and good for you experimenting.
