I spotted this Robin drying off after it had taken a bath.

Took this at some distance with the canon 70-200 lens, and did do some cloning of the the greenery in the image, and did a fair amount of cropping. I also used perfect effects to lighten the bird, it was pretty dark) I hope it is not still too dark? and brought out the details a little more.

Thank you for commenting, and have a nice day my friends.

It is well visible on full screen Sandi. Nice capture of this robin - a kind that we don't see here.

You did a stunning job and I can see the detail in this young bird and the light is very nice along with the colours too.Plus you captured this bird in a lovely setting with the stone and I can not see any signs that you have cloned ever Sandi, well done.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

Beautifully clear image Sandi. The bird is a bit dark but all its details are still visable.

It is a very nice close up of a damp little robin Sandi. A little clarity might brighten it right up. Still is a nice image anyway.

Well you know I'm a big softy for the birdies Tigz, & this one didn't disappoint. I can see the sunlight is strong but there's no burn present, & although the Robins plumage is relatively dark I can still see clear detail in it, so well done!

Find a monitor calibration signal here, btw do it in a shady room, & adjust the contrast / brightness till 5 & 95 is just visible.
