First thing out of the box I noticed was that no one else had posted..lol..no, really the first thing I noticed was the dancing reflections of the masts of the boats in the enticing blue of the water in the foreground. I'm glad you used as much of it as you did here, because it gives a nice solid dark base to the rest of the pic, and here I am talking about composition already:) The boats, for all their necessary crowding along the dock are presented very clearly and so much so that even the masts themselves individually stand out in their own unique fashion. I get a little distracted by the land behind them, but I suppose that is also a necessary evil. But then the eye travels up to the lighter blue of the sky.... lighter than the water, and this is what finishes this composition to a "T"...lol...it almost seems like a watery layer cake the way it is presented to us and I'm savoring each of the layers in their turn..nice job :)PJ
