Very nice shot, beautiful clear water and yes a great grotto.....and a good looking waterfall. NICE DONE.

This is a very crisp image of a lovely spot. I've spent some time there, and the rangers told me that from antiquity the American indians used it as a refuge, and their arrowheads can still occaisionally be found in the fire mounds above the cave. It is one of the most historiclly rich spots in central Texas.
I spent ten years in Austin. In '89 no one knew about Hamilton Pool. We always had it to ourselves, but by 2000 there were throngs of drunk, offensive college kids vomiting in the water and throwing their garbage all over the beautiful pool. It's nice to see it this clean and empty again.

Wow. Where in Texas is this? That water looks so inviting. If I could only go for a swim. Nice lighting and capture of the falling water. I can just picture being poolside by this place on a hot summer day. Nice work. Thks for posting.
