I couldn't help notice the anquished look on this statue as this mother clings tightly to her children. They have survived and now are free. As she holds her children, they are in a safer place. Perhaps she has a look of peace. This actually brought tears to my eyes.

There is a story here that I would love to hear. Whatever it was that they needed protection from, they were able to count on her and they will hold each other together. The purple flowers are a sing of hope and new life. Thanks for sharing this image with us.

Tracey the serenity of the flowers and the strength of the bonding of the mother and her children work very well in this work of art. Joy, hope and salvation is everywhere to be seen in this design. Very well done and keep up the great work.
