Visited one of my favorite rose gardens today so I'm behind on commenting right now. I thought I'd post this and will be back later to catch up. All comments and critiques appreciated.
Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
What can I say, Kathy. I wish my best flower shot was half as good as your worst. Still...I wish you posted more landscapes. With the recent contest approaching, certainly a trip into Chicago would be a treasure trove. There is no industry in SLO County; so I'm screwed. But Chicago has a multitude of industrial facilities. Think about it.
A lovely hidden gem you found while lurking in the shadows. I won't ask why you were there, I'm sure you had your reasons. Beautiful colours and nice details in the bloom.
