Hard to tell from this macro, but this is a well/sculpture in northern Michigan. It is at the site of a lighthouse that was built in 1865. The entire thing is made from colorful stones collected on the shoreline....

This is actually VERY interesting! Is the gray stuff, LICHEN? MOSS? And it has other tiny plant-life as well! This is delightful...and I truly like it! A perfect desktop image, with excellent textures! High marks from me! )
