I love the mirror image that the water creates so that the colors don't end but continue into the water. Nice capture!

I love the hottest part of this photo on the left hand side. The sun is at a perfect angle to hit those three birch trunks at the waterline. Hope you spend some more time around this pond while the colors are still fresh.
