Wonderful capture, Doug. When I first saw this as a thumbnail, I had thougth cropping lower petal was not good. When I realised that bug I understand the reason of this closer framing. As usual from you, top quality lighting and colors, as well.

Sorry, Doug. I didn't know you had posted a stargazer lily too! lol The dark background and shading make this appear like a stargazer portrait. Nicely done. Shows just how many ways this pretty flower can be photographed. Gaeljet2 posted one also.
