I had scanned these shells earlier and now I decided to do a bit of Paint Shop special effects with it. A new tool I've found called Distortion Effects and then Polar Coordinates. Some interesting things in there. The background for this was a silk scarf of mine. Hope you like this and thanx for any comments or critique.

This feels like we are looking down into a box. Great perspective. The shapes and colours of the shells are well combined. Excellent work.

Yoru imagination has no limits, Verena. Fantastic creation. I like the way the shells look like they are all huddled together, as if to keep warm.
Super nice work.

The scarf adds a leaf (earth) and a feather (air) as background for the seashells (water). I love your collection of the elements resting in this decorative box, V.

I really like you manipulation. I adds depth and dynamic. It also forces us to study the image a little longer to understand what is in the picture. Great art!

Another very pretty creation from your scanned image, Verena! I really like the depth you achieved in this one, and the details, colours, and textures throughout! I also like the gold framing. Beautifully done my friend! :) Faved.
