I've decided to abandon my posting of the goldfinches as focus on them is all out of whack. Don't know what I was thinking the other night, I must have stayed up too late or something.

Very nice shot! The composition is very pleasing, as are the colors. I like the little raindrop -- it adds a little bonus.

Well, I haven't seen your goldfinches pictures yet...I'm so far behind in my commenting, that I'm jumping back and forth in time, just so I won't always be on the bottom of the heap when I'm posting..lol..your colors here are soft and the focus is soft also, which works very well in this colorful presentation of the snapdragons (just one of the many favorite flowers of mine :) so I'm glad you sent this, no matter what the reason was !!! :)PJ

rob,
very pretty colors. photo can almost stand on that. but i have to say that your definition is not as good as i've seen of yours. i don't know how you focused the water droplet perfectly and the flowers are out of focus???

Gorgeous presentation, Rob. The snaps have extraordinary color, their softness portray a painting-like effect, and the single dew drop adds interest. Very well done......Neil
