Spectacular lighting and tones, dramatic and restless and yet calm and serene at the same time, well done.

Every element in this picture fits and works so well together. It's a keeper.

"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon

Fantastic image, I can't believe the colour of those clouds. The position of the sun and boat are perfect and so are the proportions. This deserved to do a lot better than 68, it goes to favourites for me.

Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.

The colors are remarkable here.... love the contrast between sharpness of the water and the drooping soft clouds, and the silhouette of the boat as the solid element among the two. So nicely done!
