It's my old pal the milkweed...nicely treated, Wil. I used to love to play with these plants when I was a kid....from the time they first opened up until the last dying breath.

I did not know how this plant is called, but P J me has named the
English name and could I look in Wikipedia . In my language he
"Silk plant" or in Latin "Asclepias Syriaca".
