I like the use of the rocks and the fast shutter speed to 'freeze' the wave motion. They compliment themselves very well. The close focus also keeps the eye away from the horizon.
I think you could have given the sky a little more room, it feels a little squeezed at the top to me. The waves are also a touch overexposed, but I get that a lot too, and it is not easy to manage and most of the detail is there.
