Interesting. Very nice look to the piece. You've got some funny reflecting going on with the golden orb, is that deliberate or just one of those things? Either way it looks good.

Nice one, I love the shiny shell. Personally I would have turned the whole thing clockwise a bit so that the "yolk" was highlighted against the black.

I think the the background to this image is well chosen, nicely bland so as not to draw your eyes away from the focal point. I also like how you've positioned the "egg" offside, rather than central. Again, impressed by the reflections!

You must really like the rounded hyperbaloid, You use it in a lot of your work, Incidentally a lot of your work is on my list of desktop images, great job. I especially like the outline on upper segment, it adds interest and takes the image away form the normal and expected. Keep it up.
