This is one of the first pictures I have taken with my new camera. This flower was completely alone in the sand. No other stems or bush or anything. Just that flower coming out of the sand. Thought I would share with everyone. Hope you all enjoy. Please comment and vote. Ty.

That wierd, I don't think I've ever seen a flower grow in the sand. nice shot though, I would suggest that you increase the brightness a little and the saturation a little but not bad shot at all. Nice work.

Congrats on the new camera! ;) What I like best about this shot is the great focus throughout and still a crisp focus on the flower. I also love the natural setting and lighting. Could be monitor differences or my age ;o, but it is showing pretty dark here too. Good luck. I'm looking for more. ;)

cool flower, i like how it stands out in the dark, but i think it would have looked better if it was higher in the picture.
