Thanks for your lovely words on "Wait, I almost see it", they are most welcome,
I didn't use blur on her skin, just copy-pasted other parts of her skin (the forehead), then set optically of this second layer to 40%, now the two parts skin blend together to create much finer textures, (this is what they use in glossy magazines, but obviously they possess much more skill (~8),
I use The Gimp, I'm sure PS would do a better job,
For comparison, I uploaded the original here,
