Thanks for taking the time to view and comment on my piece; "Autumnal Face." I am glad that you 'see' the effect applied, as fitting.
As for your idea of including 'something' in the setting ... hmm, I think that you are correct. I don't want to use the word 'empty' or 'sterile' ... but the addition of a 'character' would be interesting. Next time then and thanks for the thought.
