Thank you so much for the gracious compliment on the photo of "The Bridge at Longview." To be honest, I struggle. The weather and the lighting aren't very cooperative, so comments like yours mean so much. I appreciate your time to stop in and let me know you enjoyed it. Steve
Thank you, Mary, for the compliment on "Misty Morning." I worked hardest for that photograph. I spent the entire day and came home with just that single image. So it pleases me that you picked it from my gallery to comment on. Thank you, Steve
Hi Mary, sweet Mary, as the song goes, Thank you for commenting on"Happy Heart Day"! Did you find you were a little lonely on that page? Ha, it seems I missed the mark, maybe the wht outs. Oh well, better days are coming, right. This is all in fun. I am really quite humble and am very greatful for those times on high!!!! Thank you for such high regards. I appreciate it very much!! Sincerely, Marilyn
Good morning Mary
Thank you for your comments on "Fowl following". I particularly like the relationship between the two grey birds in the image - almost as though the one swimming away is peeved.
Hallo Montana! Hi, Mary! I´m so glad you enjoyed my icicle pic in blue. I´ve seen so many wonderful shapes of ice / ice sculptures lately, but I wasn´t satisfied with the pictures of them when I came home. But I´m pleased with several of them now after some colorizing. Thank you so much for your nice comment!
So you like the "mist and the dreamy ambience", huh? Well, I wouldn't word it exactly like that, but I like the others more for the same reason. I think the trick is to find some cool, new effect, start making images, and the the artistic quality for each will slowly progress. Thanks for the comment! :-)
Thank you, Mary, for the highest of compliments on "Which Way to Flow." Trout fishing is so thrilling, I agree. I was born in AZ and learned there on small streams. To be in Oregon and see 4 foot salmon surging up these tiny waterways is something that still amazes me. It's a sight worth paying to see, and yet, like so much of the best of life, it's free! Steve
Thanks for visiting my Old Courthouse and Gateway Arch Mary. I alway enjoy your inputs. I know what you mean by Tracey's twisters. I also am a fan of Louis L'Amour. Your Sackett series is a wonderful honor to his memory.

Hi Mary. I ´m glad you liked "Lilles on fire". I like it very much even if the sharpness could be better. The overall impression is the most important aspect to me. Thank you so much for the comment.
Hi Mary. I haven't had much time lately to comment on pictures or thank people for leaving comments on mine. Thanks for your comments on "Energized" and all the others you've commented on but I've not thanked you for lately. So pleased you enjoy them. I presenting at technology conferences in Salt Lake CIty for the next few days. Just stopped by the airport to pick up some NASA folks who are presenting with me. Have a great day.

"Pity? It was pity that stayed Bilbo's hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play yet, for good or ill before this is over. The pity of Bilbo may rule the fate of many."- "I wish the Ring had never come to me.
I wish none of this had happened..." "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."-Gandalf
