Hi Taz, it's Lauren. The way I downloaded etc., I went to Jurko.net & downloaded animated avatars in a gif file. Opened in Photo Editor to resize, hit image, changed inches to pixels, & changed image to correct Caedes size. No motion. At first I had changed them to bmp. , but that didn't work, so I went back, redownloaded 'em, left them in gif. file & still they don't work. And one of them was a really cute walking skeleton too !!!
