Steve - Thanks so much for faving 'Cadillac Mountain Sunrise reworked'. After standing on top of Cadillac Mountain, in thick, cold fog waiting for the sunrise, to have witnessed the fog roll back, revealing this most amazing scene was truly special. I am glad you liked it. Thanks as well for faving 'Relationship Wanted'. Watering the gardens that afternoon, when I saw this insect, the hose went down and the camera was grabbed for some photos. Hello Steve....Thankyou for viewing (THE GRAMPIANS OF SCOTLAND)and for your descriptive comments,they are indeed very much appreciated....When I arrived on location it was raining,but when the weather broke I was rewarded with a few minutes of really exciting lighting. When the light does come,you have to be prepared to work quickly. Steve - Thank you for your kind comments on and for faving 'Swan (on a) Lake. I had passed the lake the previous week and saw many swans. Heading back with camera gear, I hit the bonus category with dozens of swans, geese, gulls, hawks, a turkey vulture, and a pair of bald eagles. This was after a stop at a farm that has a number of old farm equipment on display. It was a photo bonanza. Thad

Hello Steve....Many thanks for taking the time to have a look at (WONDERFUL MOMENT)and for your comments,it is very much appreciated ...I used a graduated neutral-density filter which allowed me to control contrast between two elements of the picture the land and the sky....Thankyou again...All the very best to you Steve..........Mick.
