Hi Eric

Glad you like the home made guitar. It is not that difficult to do if you are handy with tools. I got two large good quality timber planlks and laminated them together to get the right thickness. Down load a strat template and transfer it to the planks. Cut out on a bandsaw and shape by hand using a rasp and hand planner. The next part is the tricky part,(or easy) take the body to a luthurist to have the holes routed out. Then finish of the body getting it smooth, paint or lacquer. Then fit the parts on and wire it up. The neck I did not make, but get a good one with good frets, I just added some custom finishes to it. That is it in a nut shell. Thanks again. I am working on the next one.

Cheers
