Thanks for the nice comments on my image. This Macon Sunset 22 image was a quick grab shot after getting up from taking my Dandelion Sunset photo. I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

Thanks for the comments on my Hey Whats This Thing photo. These little critters went all over and it took a while to get them in one place. I'm glad that you viewed this image.

Hi Myst, thank you for stopping by and visiting, this time for "An Outdoor Look"! Glad you liked it!! WELCOME TO CAEDES. I hope you enjoy the wonderful people on Caedes as much as I have. Sincerely, Marilyn
Thanks Myst for supporting my upload called Macon Sunset 5. This is the original image that I manipulated for my Caedes Sunset photo. Glad that you like it.

Thank you, Tina, for such a nice compliment on the photo of Gnat Creek. I should probably "fess-up." I love taking shots like that because I spent the vast majority of my first 12 years in school daydreaming about trout streams! So it pleases me that you enjoyed it too. Thank you for letting me know. Steve
I tooks a series of photographs of this sunset and Macon Sunset 24 was the peak moment when the colors were most intense. 30 minutes earlier there weren't very many clouds and it appeared to be a bland sunset. Wow what a surprise when these coluds came in. Thanks Tina for your support and comments. I wish all my friends at Caedes could have been there to see it. I'm glad I could share it with you.
Russ
Hi Tina, thank you for liking and commenting on "The Winner"! I love colors and you are right about the combinations, while I am not a designer, it is still fun to experiment and come out with a winner now and then! Sincerely, Marilyn
thank you all for your kind comments and wishes :) i'm not much an artist myself, but i love exploring this site :) thank YOU for all of your great images.. :o)
A copy of my reply to 'Icy you'! Thank you so much for your comments! It put a HUGH smile on my face and I'm still smiling! You actually have a Great imagination as we both had similar thoughts, although...I like your idea of the wolves being brave knights much better! Again, Thank you!
tina thanks for your comments on "ion" and "cyanophobia".. glad you liked them... actually i did tell them what i used to make the image on their own profiles, just not on the image page lol
Hi Tina...thanks a lot for viewing and commenting on Full of Beans...I'm not too fond of beans either but as it turned out they at least made a colorful desktop...glad you agree...thanks again.:Pat.
Thank you for your comments on my posting Roadside 3. While white snow photographs can invoke feelings of Christmas, this was not my intension. We live in the scene depicted for 5 months of the year so it all seems familiar to me! ;)
While I'm grateful for the suggestion of an evening reshoot the distance to this location is prohibitive. It was, in the end, a roadside shot, in a series of same, taken on a snowy winters day while travelling. I trust you'll continue to enjoy it.
Hi Tina! Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Macon Sunset 7 photo. The original image had intense color and this images was enhanced slightly in Photoshop. I'm glad that you like it.
Russ
Thank you Tina for your interesting viewpoint on "Excuse Me". You have brought an interesting new image to my eyes by dividing the image...thanks again:-)
Welcome to Caedes Tina, tks so much for your comments on In Your Face!
See my gallery for more swan images, and there will be a few more posted shortly.

Savannah Riverfront Birds 2 was one of several photos that I took along the Savannah Riverfront. Thanks Tina for viewing and commenting on this image. I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

Hello Tina. Hope you had a nice night with plenty of birds all around you :-)
About 'Unknown, but colourful... ': yes! It's a bea-eater. We had long discussions about it ;-)
We are addicted to travel! That's our drug... ;-) This year we plan a journey in Costa-Rica or Bolivia... Maybe...
Thanks to make a tour on my pics: you are welcome ! :-)
Good morning Tina
Many thanks for your comments and appreciation for "Birds-eye chilli bush". Am very glad that you like it. This is growing in the front garden of a house I walked past looking for other subjects, and attracted my attention by the way it drew the eyes to the sides rather than to the centre.
Enjoy your day

Hello :-)
About 'Ladybird': I was a little disappointed after uploading because there were very few comments... Mysteries of caedes.net ;-)
Thanks again!
Hi Tina, thank you for your kind words on "Personality"! About my flowers, and thank you for asking, Tina, I buy them from greenhouses, arrange them, and then post my favorites. I do this once or twice a week. I will be very happy when I can get outdoors and have fun with shooting nature! Have a nice Easter Tina, Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Tina, my oh my, aren't you sweet, what kind and thoughtful things to say, you have, indeed. I thank you Dear and appreciate it very much! Please continue to stop by and visit me! This thank you is for "Peach Perfect"! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi Tina, hope you got some sleep, had to keep the green borders to hold the 1600 x 1200, that's why you see these things, it's a new world shining, hope you're caught up on sleep, oh to be 18 again...
Glad you like Cleo at 'Weimaraner pup' I've got three dogs, other breeds and ages. I want more pictures of her eyes but this is such a hyperactive dog that I could only get the one shot after about two hours of full blast running. Puppies are fun, big puppies are clumsey.
I am so far behind in my correspondence. Please forgive me for being so late with my post to your comment.
I am happy that I could bring back some memories with my Teddy Bear image. Isn't it sad how your first best friend ends up in a dark closet or in the attic? But they will wait for us anytime we need a person to tell our troubles to. And will always keep our secrets.

Hi Tina, really nice to meet you! I hardly know how to thank you for such a lovely, enthusiastic and detailed comment...This image is one result of a great teamwork with B.J. We appreciate your comment very much...thank you Tina ! (...have a look at the first swan pic too - "Swedish Swan" and maybe some of our orchid pics..)
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment on Lady Violet. My mother has been making teddys for years. I will write more in a PM later . I am so glad you like her.
Thank you for the nice comments on Wolf In Sheeps Clothing. He is a darling. He wanted to play when I took that picture. His favorite thing to do is chase tennis balls across the floor. He is Bishon Frise. My daughter rescued him from an abusive situation and brought him to Mom and me. He had spent most of his first 22 months of life tied to a tree. He wasn't even house broken. He loves Mom best and he thinks of me as his playmate.
Thanks for stopping by and I am glad you like "Last Nite", it is one of those memories locked in my mind forever and I was extremely thankful I got the picture, if you get bored

Hi Tina, and thank you so much for all your kind and thoughtful comments - you really made my day :-)
I don't think it comes down to a "sixth sense", really - for me it's a question of carrying a camera even if I'm just going down to the shops, and of being aware of what's around me. Once you start looking out for photo opportunites you do begin to see the world in a different way.
I'm glad you enjoyed your wander through my gallery, and I'm grateful for the time you put into commenting. Happy Easter to you too :-)
Hi there :-)
'Blue gold - close up' was taken in the Molign้e valley, a small beautiful river near my home.
Very nice to ear its song in the summer's days... Thanks for your encouragements!
Hi there...yesssssss the volcano scares me too..and I think the black and white makes it much more ominous..but I think it fits, I'm glad you enjoyed looking at it...it was a sunny day actually when I saw this...and the other photo was done in colour...so it didnt feel near as dark...but there was a lot of dark pink and grey that day..it was real interesting..but I guess I felt the b and w was best..thank you sooo much for your thoughful comment!!
thank you for the comments on Just Resting. Sorry for the delay in the thank you but I've been house shopping and haven't been on as much as I should. Thanks again.
Good morning Tina
Many thanks for your comments and appreciation for "Helleconea". This was photographed in the flower beds at Clare-Lind Homestead. Did not need to enhance the colours at all, this is how it looked in the garden bed. Yes, it is a beautiful flower, and I am very pleased that it has given you pleasure.
Enjoy your day

Hello Tina, I am so glad you liked both of my Desktop Joey images. He really is a sweet doggie. I have one more post of him coming, keep an eye out for him.

Tina, I'm glad you like "Pretty in Pink" - you comments made me think of that old song Kodachrome by Simon and Garfunkle ... "...his tie is a camera...". Thanks for the smile. :)
Also for checking out "Squirrel in Green". The monkey is a bit out of focus. I'm going to have to try some tricks to see if I can sharpen it up a bit. Thanks again for looking. Your comments are a treat! :)
Hey Tina, thanks for your comment on my posting Jasmine on the mind. I'm glad that it made you smile... it was fun putting it together. The dog shown is actually another female ... and a puppy last summer when we Iook this.... a big puppy granted but a MUCH larger dog now!
Hi Tina, and thank you for your comment on "Backlit blossom". This tree wasn't fully out when I photographed it on Sunday, but I expect it'll be spectacular by now if last year is anything to go by. I've got another shot to upload later on, and if the weather improves again I'll go back and take some more.... Thanks again :-)
Hi Tina! Thank you for the wonderful comment on "Dining Squirrel", I really appreciate it! I hope that I will be able to find more squirrels that are just as friendly as that one! :)
I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
Thank you Tina, for your generous comments on "rejoice". I do favor bright colors and red will always cheer me up. Thanks also for the comments on my squirrel shot. That's one of my personal favorites. I love all kinds of critters! I look forward to viewing some of your work. It was almost a year after I joined this site that I got my own digital camera and the learning curve is really accelerated by looking at so many wonderful works.
Hi, Tina, welcome to my Gallery and thank you very much for your kind words on ซHey, whatดs thisป.
