1st place
Rural Route by mirto56

Eubeen: A beautiful winter scene and capture, Doug. Great clarity and colours in the photo and composition of the image. Best of luck in the contest.

trixxie17: This is brilliant work Doug - I'm questioning whether I should enter the contest now - just gorgeous - saved and faved.

2nd place
Where's The Bus Stop? by corngrowth

Jimbobedsel: Congrats on your 2nd place, Mr. C.

Jimbobedsel: That road (path) would definitely be less traveled (probably not at all) by me! At 64 years old, my footing seems to have suffered with the passing of time, and I would probably fall down and have to slowly get back up with much pain, over and over again, before reaching where I needed to go. LOL. Your shot is a good one for the contest, Mr. C. Very beautifully taken, and it leaves me wondering what is on the other side of the dune. More beauty, to be sure!

5th place
The Road Not Taken by LynEve

mesmerized: As a secret agent I am sometimes called upon to go into forbidding territory, which is what your image calls to mind...both mysterious and somewhat menacing...a lovely shot and super entry...good luck, Lyn, and to all those who venture forward on this road.
