bfrank: You have every right to highlight your Father in such a wonderful way, Tick. It is a cherished recognition of beautiful memories. I love my Father and have his and my Mother's picture on the dresser in our bedroom. They passed away many years ago. He did not serve in the military but served the Lord until his passing. He was a Methodist Minister. He was born in 1912 and died in 1999.

za4em9: Huh, I have one of those "extra accessories" for decoration under my bed, too. Beds through the centuries are something to ponder...

Ramad: The pot has become the centre of attraction! If you go to bed after 3 pints of "black and tan" you won't make it to the loo. So the pot is the only help.
