Photographers and digital artists, get your creative juices flowing!
Announcing the 1st official caedes.net contest of 2006: Fantasy Landscapes.
In the spirit of our wildly popular previous photo-manip. contest, we will provide you with a choice between a number of base images.
Using at least one of these base images, you will create a fancifull landscape scene.
You are encouraged to use outside images (photography, fractals, etc) as part of the work as long as at least one of the base images is included.
Judging will be based partially on the creative use of the base image(s). Be sure to upload your images to the
Contests->Current Contest gallery by February 28th.
Each user can submit a maximum of two entries. Below is the list of base images. Each image is available at 1600x1200. This resolution should be sufficient for the purpose of the contest, so try not to bother the base image authors with requests for higher resolution images. Thanks.
