Our second contest is going to be split into two parts: pure photography and digital art.
Photography Get the best photo you can of moving water using a long shutter speed. I think you know the effect I'm looking for, where the water is all blrred out in the direction of flow. This doesn't nessesarily need to be a nature shot.
Digital Art The topic is "moving water." You can use photos, but they should be enhanced in some way.
The two parts of the contest will be judged separately, and you'll get three weeks to do it since this might require some work. Be sure to put you images in the correct 'contest' sub gallery when you upload them. The deadline is July 8th. Prizes will be announced at a later date.Good luck!
