I thought I'd upload a photo of a young boy (my friend's son) in an attempt to demonstrate the difference between a portrait, or other type of purposeful photo, as opposed to a "snapshot".

This isn't an open invitation to cannibalize one another, but to learn, to share, and perhaps, grow and teach. I'd like to hear from any and all, whether you agree, or not, and let's see what conversation this fosters.
