Rosa Macrexy, known as Sexy Rexy. A floribunda bred by Sam McGredy in New Zealand in the 1980's it was named after a winegrower friend of his, Rex Hotchkin. It was said Rex was 'tickled pink' by the honour. It is extremely popular in New Zealand gardens, having a very long flowering season. This is Rexy in my garden in mid afternoon sunshine. . .
