One of the most photographed churches in New Zealand. The Church of the Good Shepherd on the shores of Lake Tekapo was built in 1935 as a memorial to the pioneers of the Mackenzie Country. Congregations of three faiths worship regularly in the Church, which has divine views of the lake and mountains through the chancel window.I have a shot of the view which I shall post later. . .
