This was taken about 20 minutes after a heavy rain shower at Sawbill Lake, in Minnesota's BWCAW. It was extremely humid (95% humidity level), and about 75 degrees, so there was a nice layer of fog moving over all of the lakes, and with the sun setting, we could nearly see the moisture in the air. It took me forever to decide I liked this photo enough to post it... but something about the many layers in the shot (trees in fore- mid- and background, the reflection on the lake, the rocks in the center foreground, clouds.. contrast of light, etc. etc.) kept pulling me back to it out of all of my choices. I hope you can enjoy it as much as I do - Please comment and critique :D
