(Entry for the "Black and White" contest) This was a picture of New York buildings from the 13th floor of my girlfriends apartment. Edited in Photoshop CS4. The crazy lines you see came from the lights of rooms in other buildings and street lights while shaking the camera slightly as the picture was taken.
