I took this picture from the pier of the SUNSHINE SKYWAY bridge in PETERSBURG Florida around midnight - it was so dark you could hardly see the bridge. I had a bad time because this guy was fishing and kept putting his pole in front of my camera :) Thanks to Mvillian for teaching me how to use the shutter timing for night shots.
