i was recently in Washington DC with my cousins at the World War ll Memorial. i encourage anyone visiting DC to drop by, even for a minute - its a convienient walking distance about halfway between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial (the water you see comes from the reflecting pool) It was a very cool place - at the west side of the monument was this wall of stars. Each star represents 100 American soldiers who died in the war. "Here we mark the price of Freedom." freedom is not free, ladies and gents. Remember those who have paid the price for you.
