Although it's very cold now in Zeeland, The Netherlands (a pretty rare phenomenon), a lot of places didn't have any or only few snow this year. These weather conditions are ideal for people who like ice-skating on the frozen canals. This image shows what I've just said. It's taken yesterday, January 10th, 2009, in the town of Middelburg.
