The 'Havenmuseum' (harbour museum) is located in the Leuvehaven, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Please check-out this LINK for detailed information.

This image isn't taken however in the Leuvehaven, but in its neighbour harbour the 'Wijnhaven'. On this image the, 42 metres long, former English lightship 'Trinity House, light vessel # 11', built at the former Philip yard on the English river 'Dart' (in Devon), is depicted. Nowadays (since 2008) it's a floating Spanish/Portugesian restaurant with the name 'Tinto'.
