I saw this charming 'lady' in a garden along a country road on the peninsula South-Beveland, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

I've tried to have a chat with her, but she remained silent.

A rather manic situation, that's why it's my weekly contribution for Manic Monday.

PS: it is a display however, that tries to draw the attention of the people because the garden was open for the public that day, ☺ .
