You may be used to the phenomenon WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), but this image shows the contrary: "What You Think To See, Isn't What You Get." (😁)
Depicted is the statue of Silvius Brabo in front of the Antwerp City Hall situated at the Great Market Square.
Because the Antwerp City Hall is refurbished now, scaffolding 'destroys' (please notice the quotation marks) on the one hand the attractive background for this statue, and on the other hand the visitors at the Great Market Square had to be protected for falling debris. The city officials were very inventive in finding a proper solution for this problem, and have decided to place a huge screen between the city hall and the statue, showing a photograph of the city hall before refurbishment.
At the top side of the image, you can clearly see where I'm talking about.
