This could be a Manic Monday (Mē) contribution, because of the light vessel (floating lighthouse) at the left side (for maritimers the port side) of this 'canal', but it isn't.

It's a 'retired' floating lighthouse that was stationed in/near the sea lanes at the North Sea, and is moored now downtown Rotterdam, The Netherlands. It functions now as a floating restaurant. The spot is well chosen, because it's adjacent to the Maritime Museum Rotterdam.
