During the flower parade, the procession consists not only of floats, but accompanying musical bands and also all kinds of vehicles (such as passenger cars and tractors) decorated with flowers too.

This photograph shows an in the parade participating passenger car that almost completely is decorated with flowers. Only some space is left on the windshield. Because of safety reasons normally this isn't allowed, but because the parade moves at a walking pace, for this occasion the drivers of these vehicles have been given an exemption.
