Depicted is a part of the historic Zaanse Schans, situated on the river 'De Zaan'. It's an unique heritage village in The Netherlands known for its traditional windmills, craft workshops, historic warehouses and wooden houses.

PS: I had to make some concessions when composing the photograph, but showing five traditional windmills in a row prevailed for me over strictly enforcing the 'Rule of thirds'.
