On April 18th, 2026, a flower parade was held once again in the Bollenstreek (Bulb Region), The Netherlands. The parade is an annual procession of floats richly decorated with spring flowers.

Unfortunately, I couldn't attend this event. However, no worries, because the following day the floats were on display in the city of Haarlem. I was able to attend there and had the opportunity to take numerous photographs.

So, this photograph is the second one of this series, consisting of some selections taken that day.

PS:During the parade, the floats cover a route of 42 kilometers, from Noordwijk to Haarlem. The basis of the floats consists mainly of hyacinths, supplemented with tulips and daffodils. The event attracts more than a million visitors annually.
