Afraid it was VERY dark that day, and rainy too (took it just before evening). So, as much as I hate enhancing my own pics, I had to use the magnetic lasso tool in photoshop to select the mountains to isolate from the sky, and brighten it up, selective channel red + green enhance. Taken not far from Cannes.
