....and we are now heading towards Monsal Dale along the banks of the River Wye from Cressbrook for those still on the trek (we'll pick up the dawdlers on the way back) lol! and at this point in the river it is usually quite narrow but the water is high and is spilling over the edges. When I am back at Monsal Dale you will be able to see the difference in the view from my last visit there on Christmas Eve. (photograph River Wye in Derbyshire, UK)
