....the tiny village of Birchover in Derbyshire, which is where I left my car on Sunday before walking over Stanton Moor. It was late afternoon and the light was fading and the village had a very restful feel to it. I even managed to purchase a jar of grapefruit and pineapple marmalade from a lady selling homemade produce at her gate.
