I took this about 45 minutes after sunset. I'm still trying to get rid of the 'halos' that appear around the wires that support the bridge. It isn't the easiest thing to do unfortunately. Yes, I've done some editing with Photoshop CS. If I was there to do it over, I'd also use a smaller aperature since the city buildings are slightly out of focus - would or course result in a longer exposure which would blur the cars better also.
