This is a view of Magnolia Hall, an ante bellum mansion across from where I live. Few changes have been made to it since Civil War days, just the usual electric lights and indoor plumbing. I've been inside; it's filled with antique furniture of the period. The owner lives upstairs. There is a pond out back with a small boathouse (at least I think it's a boathouse.) It sits on several beautiful acres and is surrounded by a wrought iron fence. I took the shot through the gate. It's a bit dark because it was a little late in the day, plus it was overcast. Comments fine!
