We have not recovered. This city is still in ruins, and we need help. The government of the United States seems to have shut its door in our faces.

Do Not Let This Happen! Remember - this could be your city, your county, your family. Tell your leaders that they need to stop spending money on other projects and SAVE THEIR OWN PEOPLE!
