NIshagandhi means "fragrance at night" in my laungage.The blooming of flower starts after the sunset with a pleasent fragrance around, and perfection of bloom approximately by 10pm. And petals falling down by 6am.completly. I took this shot last night by 10.30.I could not find the actual name of this flower,If some one knows pls.let me know.
