I took this while in Stevensville, Mi. One of the locals who has lived there all his life, and if you saw him you would agree that he has alot of character about him. He told me those pier pilings were what was left of a pier that was once used to help load wood gathered from the area, onto ships to transport to Chicago after the great Chicago fire. The gentleman that I was renting from confirmed that story.
I will be leaving early this afternoon to do some shopping, eating, and then seeing the show " A Wynonna & The Big Noise Christmas show" at the Blue Gate Theater in Shipshewana, In. So It will be late by the time I get home, but I will catch up on my comments.
I saw her many years ago when she performed with her mom as The Judds, when they were just starting their singing career, so I'm looking forward to it.
Thank you for your comments, I do appreciate it.
